"Haiyan Typhoon", Tacloban City

Typhoon Haiyan, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Yolanda, was one of the strongest tropical cyclones ever recorded. It is the deadliest typhoon recorded in modern history, killing at least 10,000 people. Super typhoon Haiyan destroyed about 70 to 80 percent of structures in its path as it tore through Leyte province.
